CGI Student Joins Cigna’s National Advisory Council for Integrated Care

Cummings Graduate Institute for Behavioral Health Studies received exciting news from DBH candidate, Janine Fonfara. Keep reading to learn about her recent achievement!

“I’m so excited to let you know that Cigna contacted me recently, asking that I attend and become part of their National Advisory Council for Integrated Care, after hearing about the work we have been doing in our PCBH program! I just wanted you to know that I will be mentioning that I am a DBH candidate at CGI and will inform them that the Biodyne model is a treatment modality that suits PCBH beautifully.

Historically, it’s been difficult for social workers to gain much headway, so you can imagine how thrilled I am for the opportunity to share firsthand how the CGI integrated care model meets their financial bottom line and produces better outcomes for patients.

I’ll circle back to share how things are progressing!”

We are thrilled to know that Janine will be sharing the Biodyne Model with Cigna and are so proud of her accomplishments!
